Role Description- 

Candidate will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment assignments for clients across varied industry and domain.

Key Responsibility Area (KRA) -


  • Responsible for handling end to end recruitment assignments for various clients.
  • Develop creative ways to attract the right people who would be interested for the opportunity.
  • To create a strong talent pipeline by identifying talent that best meets the specific client's requirements.
  • To search/source profiles using Domestic job portals.
  • To identify potential candidates using internal database.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) - 

  • To increase the pool of candidates by posting job on various portals.
  • Conduct skills testing and reference checks.
  • Matching the skill sets of the candidates to the job description provided by analyzing and screening their resumes.


Differentiator Point- Candidate will get to work on recruitment assignments for Fortune 500 clients.



Job Location: Pitampura, North Delhi

Shifts: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (work life balance)
